My baby has bumps on his face, they look like baby acne :( any suggestions 😔😔😔

Soooo wash her face with just clean wet rag a few times a day... You've got to let it dry up, it'll be okay momma 😘💕

when my daughter was breaking out I stopped using soap and lotion for a wk I just use the water to wash her skin and it cleared up.. lotion and baby oil Traps heat in the body thats why we sweat a lot when we apply it to our skin so that could be the cause of the bumps
