I've been eating turkey sandwiches and I'm okay. And i also go to the deli to have my turkey freshly cut so it's not the one thats been sitting there like @karramaej said get the higher end meat i get the turkey breast mosquite its expensive like 8 dollars the pound but its worth it lol

Just eat peanut butter and jelly! No listeria risk.

listeria is very uncommon. my doctor told me not to really worry just to get higher end meat.
