Hey mama so tomorrow we are going to the Safari Park In San Diego. When it comes to lunch time, everyone is making sandwiches & going back to the car and eating them. However I can't eat cold sandwiches?
What should I pack for lunch?

Ladies, have y'all been eating lunch meat? I've heard it's a no-no unless you heat/toast the sandwich. I just want a turkey sub from subway and I can't stand a hot or toasted sub 😭😭😭😭

I've been eating turkey sandwiches and I'm okay. And i also go to the deli to have my turkey freshly cut so it's not the one thats been sitting there like @karramaej said get the higher end meat i get the turkey breast mosquite its expensive like 8 dollars the pound but its worth it lol

Just eat peanut butter and jelly! No listeria risk.

listeria is very uncommon. my doctor told me not to really worry just to get higher end meat.

Ive eaten cold sandwiches, just not often. one probably won't hurt.

You can eat cold sandwiches!!! Unless they gross you out or something
