If you try getting the swelling down (walking, elevating your limbs, water, and sodium reduction) and nothing helps or if it gets worse, I would call the daughter. I ended up with preeclampsia at 39 + 5 and had to be induced. So, just be on the lookout and know your body.

really I have gd and taking medicine because they where really high when I would take my blood test should I tell doctor

my hands and feet arre also swollen but i dont have preclampsia nor nothing.. my doctor told me to not worry.
