I just tried the best thing in the world for cooling down your hoo-ha! they upended the end of a newborn baby diaper and put ice inside then seal the end with the tabs on the diaper. when it melts the diaper sucks up all the water so you stay dry. best thing I have ever tried.

I never tried them, but I heard good things! The burn and itch spray is amazing, though! It doesn't take all the pain away, obviously, but it makes you more comfortable.

I have heard only good things and that they are heaven the first week after baby. Especially if you tear. But I heard dermoplast burn and itch spray is amazing also. I'm gonna try both. I read a lot of mommy blogs that recommended them both. It's worth a try ☺️ @bodaciousb6
