you can have one drink and still breastfeed, pumping and dumping also doesn't get alcohol out of your milk. it's for engorgement if you've drank too much and haven't fed. depending on your weight, you can drink a good couple of beers or a mixed drink and be fine.

My Dr. told me I could have an occasional drink... Just have 1 glass of wine it'll be fine trust me
