It's basically wrapping your child to your chest using a baby sling. However when Archer was going through his clingy phase I placed him in the sling sitting on a chair (as I didn't do it up tight enough at the back). The reason why I didn't do it tight enough is because once Archer fell asleep I could easily take the sling off and place him in his Moses basket with the sling just on his back. He slept for about 5 hours afterwards @mich77 xxx
