has anyone else baby got hayfever? if so can you comment on here I got a question

My dr told me it's extremely rare for a baby to get hay fever. It could be baby sniffles?

well he's forever sneezing and his eyes are always weeping, hv told me his tear duct is okay:/ so I'm not sure why it's like it, I'm forever cleaning his eyes @rachaellw xx

Baby's do sneeze a lot. And the eyes could just be from sneezing of the tear ducks starting to form? Or maybe the sun could make them water
