Hey mamas, my baby has a bad diaper rash and I am trying to find a cream that'll help. With my middle son we used desitin with Vaseline on top but with her it didn't work. I also tried A&D rash cream. Any other suggestions?

I know everyone says coconut oil is the magical cure, but truly it it! Put some corn starch or baby powder on your hand and rub the area to dry it, or air dry. Mix coconut oil and antibacterial pain relieving ointment (bacitracin for example) and rub that on the area.
I'll have to try that. I hate rashes I feel so bad for her. I put the Vaseline to seal it in so it wouldn't just rub off on the diaper.
It stops redness with the first application
Balmex is great no alcohol so it doesn't burn on contact it's thick no need to add Vaseline
Hydrocortisone 1% from ur local pharmacy that's way I used that the doctor told me to get works like a miracle
