I am in El Paso TX. I have questions regarding school for my 2.5 year old. Is there head start in Texas? He turns 3 in September so idk when he can start school or if there are any school related things he can do like head start.

There is head start in some towns, some are income based, some are not. The registry time is around now & usually all they ask is the child be fully potty trained.
