I can't go over 3cm having c section

Not always.... The doctor could feel my sons head and I was dilated and I'm still pregnant lol. I'm still at 4 cm at 38 weeks...

I'm 1cm already but has changed for weeks but I feel him moving lower in and it's like a clicking feeling
