It's pretty sad that a guy I befriended in the past few months is asking about how the baby is doing more than her father ever did the entire pregnancy.
I wonder if that's something to bring up in our custody battle. He clearly doesn't care about the child's safety, since he pitched a fit when I told him the child wasn't traveling anywhere until her pediatrician approved it. He's asked me maybe twice how me and the baby are doing. Ever since I told him I was pregnant. And we were still together at the beginning.

probably not you will look childish really to be serious anything you say without proof is heresay he can deny it you just make your self look silly and childish I wouldn't advise it bit that is just the way I see it.

@shann, thanks for the honesty. I've just seen people use stuff like that in court. My sister went through one hell of a custody battle with her ex husband.

people will try but the judge doesn't care about all that if I ever had to deal with that I would do it very muturally
