On a low carb diet but I'm at work rn and I work in a ER so the only place we have is Dunkin Donuts and I know even the "healthy" menu isn't within my carb budget but do I starve myself until I go home at 7 or just eat.....I'm gonna chose to eat & say a prayer my sugar doesn't sky rocket 😳🙏🏽
