I'd mention it to your dr! Today when I went in for high blood pressure they asked if I had pain right there, so it could be linked with preeclampsia

It could be round ligaments. I had pain right there also and I thought preeclampsia since my BP was high throughout my pregnancy but they said round ligaments because it came and gone

My bp has been normal throughout my pregnancy @arlogreyson and it just feels like a muscle is being pulled or something like that, it's hard to explain.
