My daughter has a temp of 99.4 she's been sleeping a lot more today she's cranky and she's been spitting up a lot more then usual. Should I take her to the er? She's almost 3 months old.

Could be a growth spurt, that's not that big of a fever for a baby, usually they don't say to bring them in unless it's 101.

I would just take her to the pediatrician. It's not a high fever yet. If it gets to be 101 then yes take her in but not until then. It might be a growth spurt or possibly even the beginning of teething.

@ssdj4, that's what I was thinking is teething. she's been drolling a lot more and nibbling on her hands and fussy lately. should I give her tylenol

I would give her a small amount. It should help if it is teething plus help bring the temperature down. @rainbowbaby2015
