I had/have the same thing coming out and the doctor said its my plug. You start dilating when that happens.

That's one of the earliest signs... Mines started to fall out a week before my water broke with my son. @paisleesmommy18 so yea she'll probably make her big debut soon

if she does come next wks I'll be praying she's a healthy baby, 37wks isn't that early anyway so she should be fine

Yes! It will start coming out more and it will get darker and thicker. I lost mine all at once and had my baby 2 days later. Good luck!! 😊
