Does anyone else have "friends" that are always like "omg, I love my nephew, he's so cute" blah blah…

Does anyone else have "friends" that are always like "omg, I love my nephew, he's so cute" blah blah blah.. But they've literally only seen him ONE time and it was when I was in the hospital 😑 and they'll post pictures that they get from me on snapchat like they took the picture 🙄 and I hate that they use work as an excuse, my best friend only gets 2 days off a week and she lives 2 hours away from us and she still comes and sees him EVERY week. So annoying 😒
