That's most likely what it is idk how ant bites look cause I'm allergic lol but my grandmother use to put vinegar on my ant bites 😭😭 but google it what you need to put on em since she's so little

if it looks like that it could be hands mouth and foot just whatch to see IG it spreads if it started on her mouth u may want to take her to the Dr jus to be sure
