Today it finally dawned on me that I won't be able to do a maternity shoot or have my baby shower…

Do a birthing shoot

I know it isn't exactly what you wanted, but I bet you could make a maternity shoot work at the hospital or even on hospital grounds or you could do a birthing shoot. And you can have a mini baby shower at the hospital. Just something real small and intimate. I'm sorry you're going through this, love. You're stronger than you know and protecting your lo like this just shows how amazing of a mother you already are. ❤️

like all others girls said you can do that once his here but I think it would be one of kind having it in the hospital & even better than just the regular maternity pics

You don't need those things as long as you are taken care of and baby too. You always have phone pics you can take and even at 6 months you can do a photo shoot. They have developed their personality and facial expressions by this time and makes for awesome pics. Hang in there and sending positive vibes your way.
