@I tsaboy114, sorry was blunt but it's like magic. I use it on everything my face which it doesn't make me break out on cut/bruises/rashes-whatever and it's great for hair skin and nails and if you have rough or cracked feet. It's a great benefit ingested too. I've used it for cooking and in protein shakes. I started using it when I have recurring UTIs and I haven't had one in forever it seems like. And a little big goes a long way. It's worth a shot!!👍🏻
