Soo a good 10 minutes after kaiden ate he was asleep in his car seat and spit up a LOT out of his mouth and nose and started choking. he's been doing this a lot and it's scaring me to lay him down to bed on his back as if he'll choke on it.. obviously I'm not gonna lay him on his tummy but idk what to do :(

Try to prop him up on his side with a towel or 2 rolled up behind him

My baby did this a lot too. Sometimes still does and he's 4 months old. When feeding him try to keep him upright and try to get good burps during the feeding. I had the same fear, but he is starting to grow out of it

Мама двоих (младенец)
My daughter does it after every feeding, I just lay her down on her side with a towel wrapped behind her back so she won't roll to her back but also won't fall forward to her tummy. And she doesn't spit up when she lays like that

my daughters pediatrician suggested letting them sleep in their car seat so that they don't choke on it
