I was given a wrap to wrap my stomach to help keep it from moving so much...it helped so much especially if I coughed, sneezed, or laughed...I could definitely tell when I wasn't wearing it.

I was given a weighted pillow. I don't know what was in, but it was good for moving around, coughing and laughing anything that would add pain basically
