why is it hard to carry ur daughter while pregnant?

carrying a baby while pregnant puts alot of downward pressure on ur belly which then causes alot of pain and discomfort to u bc the other baby is pushing on baby inside which already pushing on ur bladder and everything else

so what should i do?

if it hurts too bad then just try not to hold the baby to much :(
