What do you do at 2 a.m. when you cant sleep?? Well you clean the toilet, eat some food, and change the laundry of course! And most importantly think of how much time you have to sleep if you fell asleep right now.

Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?
Do any of you ladies use melatonin to help your toddlers sleep? My boys always have a hard time going to sleep and idk what to do anymore 😩

How long did you swaddle? Was it hard to break the habit of them needing to be swaddled to sleep? Do you swaddle during the day or only at night? Please tell me everything about swaddling!!!
