Me and my husband have decided we will not renew our lease once its up next year. We pay more than any other apartments complex in town and we don't even have a AC or a heater. On top of the dealing with spiders and they won't spray or anything. No thank you. At least when we lived in GA they sprayed and fixed any problems we had. Plus they had a AC and heater. This place is a no go for us. Can't wait until our lease is up to find a cheaper place. At least if the next place we live in doesn't fix the problems we have we aren't spending a arm and a leg.
