🔴 so about a week ago I washed my play pen in the bath tub and when I opened it up, it smelled musty. I think those little spots might be mold! It must not have been all the way dry. I have re washed in the bath tub and set outside all day to make sure it's dry and scrubbed it down with a sponge and soap. Is it safe to use orrrr is there something else I should do or is it just garbage ..? I feel so stupid

they are more than likely mold. I would toss it

Ughh :( I was afraid that's what I'm gonna have to do.. im moving tomorrow and will need it for a couple days while the crib is down

if u cleaned it i would think it was ok i had this issue with my lil side rock sleeper thing i had to take it apart and clean it with bleach once a month

I would say clean it with bleach and then it should be ok. Mold leaves stains but that doesn't mean that it's still there

@mommy_of_02, that's what my mom said.. @babygirl10-11 I cleaned it with soap and hot water earlier but spraying and scrubbing with bleach now. Same thing happened to his comforter but I just threw it away but this is a little more expensive than a blanket and I'm really gonna need it these next few days so i hate to get rid of it unless I have to
