It feels like all my belly and lower back muscles got super tight and tense and won't release. I wish I could say it was painful but it's just super uncomfortable. What also makes it worse is the highest baby just doesn't understand and ik he can't do anything but to just have him sit here and rub my back or just hold me would be great.
