Okay 🙂 I want to start already lol but so far I haven't yet. I didn't tore so I didn't end up getting stitches nor I had a c section, I had a normal delivery but I'll just wait to see my OB dr.

I waited to get the okay from my ob dr at my six week pp appointment only because I tore and had stitches

With all of mine I waited to get the ok from my dr. For me it's usually 8 weeks because I had C sections
