Getting my Group b strep test done tomorrow and have some questions..
do I know my results the same day?
and since she's already down there should I ask her to check if I've dilated or anything? I'm deffinetly not going to ask again until I have contractions and go into labor lol
How do they even check you? clamps?

they just stick there fingers up there! no clamps. or atleast ive never herd of them being used

but there fingers go up there more than you ever thought they could. my advice stay relaxed lol i didnt the first time they checked me

I can never be relaxed lmao her face is full profile near my vagina😕 I was so nervous the very first appointment and the midwife rubbed my legs and said you gotta open up more and I just blurted out "I shaved my legs for you"😂😂😂 its just an uncomfortable experience all around @madison1497

if your seeing Susan she may check you if you ask if your seeing Brook I'm not to sure if she will or not. i go tomorrow morning and I was going to ask when they really start checking

The just swab the inside of your vagina and rectum to test for the group b strep test. They will probably tell you the results at your next appointment.

I didn't find out my results until my next appointment. I'm super modest as well but once labor hit I couldn't care less who was seeing my business. I even let my grandma in for the birth. lol Just remember that the doctors and nurses see vaginas all day long. lol. Isn't anything they haven't seen. They probably won't check you it's still a little early. Seems like most doctors do it after 37ish weeks. Mine did it if I requested it to be done. I was checked so many times in labor I was like "are yall just doing this for fun now"? haha

thats how i felt! @jacesterlingsmommy at one point they couldnt figure out how dialted i was and they had 3 different nurses check me lol. when the last one came in i told her too dig in 😂
