32+5 and since yesterday ive felt alot of pressure on my lower abdomen, light back pain, light cramps and its uncomfortable to walk..didnt feel like this with my first😩❤👶

i feel a thumping in my stomach, its very light tho like light punches , could it be the baby's movement?
Light or dark? My natural color is dark but my current hair is the picture on the left. I need to get it done (as you can see) because my roots are growing. I'm just not sure if I should stay light or go back to dark.
