I take iron pills 3x a day but no matter what I do I can't keep them down they make me so sit to the point I have to vomit. I'll puke even if I'm talking to somebody and I'm like this the entire day.

I have to take them three times a day too what is your hemoglobin level?

@emaleejoy, if I don't take them I have to get a blood transfusion I'm really anemic and @0816mommy no matter what I do I can't hold it down

I can't take mine with food or I feel sick. has to be two hours after or before eating

Do you have to take them or could you just eat more goods rich in Iron? I would talk to your doctor, that doesn't sound fun! I'm sorry you're going through that 😓

oh ok, it seem like mine was always like 13 which isn't too tl low, but I went from 12.8 at the beginning to a 9 that's when they prescribed them and I didn't know to take 3x cause it only said 1 on the bottle, but she said no 2 or 3xs s day
