So my husband works nights. In the morning when he gets off he likes to sit outside and drink and smoke. Usually for 2 to 3 hours before he comes in to go straight to bed. On his days off I basically don't see or talk to him. He needs his alone time I guess. It's our anniversary and I knew he would sleep all day and we have no money right now anyways so I stayed up and baked brownies and cookies and got him a card. Plus stayed up till midnight just so I could text him. Well guess what even though it's our anniversary morning he is out in the garage drinking and I'm inside hurt. I didn't even get a sweet note. I feel like I'm always trying to make our marriage work and he is just non caring. :(

then at least you can say you tried mama, if you at least put in an effort to me that's what counts in my opinion. maybe one day he will realize all you did, even the little things and he will make time

I really hope so. I get tired of feeling like I'm the only one trying. Anytime I get a little upset all he can say is I can't wait for that baby to come out and u to be normal. I really don't think it's all my hormones. they don't help but but that's not the problem. @sarahdrew

he doesn't realize that once the baby is born you will have a whole new hormone thing going on lol you won't be "normal" for a bit, I'm almost 10 months post partum and I still have days where I'm down..... and it's definitely not just your hormones, you can't make a relationship work all on your own
