I think so. some of my contractions I only know are real because of how close together they are. and I have a high pain tolerance so they arent painful to me most of the time. but some are a bit uncomfortable

@klove23, whenever I'm not sure I down a liter of water, wait an hour to see if anything changes. If they ease up or go away they are just braxton hicks but if they stay consistant I would go in to.get checked.
