why not try to develop a routine every night? give him a warm bath, play some relaxing music, and feed him by doing this he'll start learning when its time to go to bed. its not too late !

My last daughter I co-slept with until about 6 mos. then I moved her crib next to my bed and then around 14 mos moved her in her own room. I still always rocked her bed.

He's been in a routine and it was working for a little while up until about 4 months. It's like he knows it's night time and wants to sleep but he just tosses and turns. He's always known the difference between daytime and nighttime and when to go to sleep for the night. He goes to sleep around 7-7:45 and wakes up to eat about 30 min later so I usually go lay down and nurse him and then he will usually sleep for about an hour or two and that's the longest he sleeps. Next time he wakes up he nurses and then tosses and turns and ends up fully waking up, and then the process of trying to get him settled back down starts and takes anywhere from 1-2 hrs. Then he'll sleep maybe 30 min- a hour and same thing over again up until about 5-6 am he's up for good. Sometimes he'll go back to sleep between 7-7:30.

awww good luck my son cosleep with me but lately he's been naping in his playpen so I'm hoping tonight he will sleep in it

lol yeah my son is eight months and when he wkes up he starts crawling and I get scared because sometimes I won't wake up my bf will find him awake

Mine totally decided to do a back flip off the bed yesterday right beside me. Still trying to figure out how that even happened because he wasn't even close to the edge. Lol then he's got the nerve to laugh about it, and I'm over there having a heart attack!

yeah that's how my bed is too but wen my son fell he cried until I picked him up . I was shaking so bad..
