Aveeno and coconut oil. I mainly used coconut oil with work on my son .

I use aveeno lotion the green one, white dove with no scent for sensitive skin. Her doctor also prescribed a cream for her when her eczema is itchy it helps a lot in a day or two her rash is gone.

If you have a newborn, stick with Vaseline for a while. I use eucerin. Works great.
