you can store your milk in breast milk bags and freeze it :)

Most people use the medela pump.. At least when I was asking this same question it was their response. I use the kiinde breastfeeding system and pump directly into bags that you can put into the warmer. There's a chart for how long to store breast milk

You can refrigerate breast milk for three to five days and freeze it to keep it fresh even longer. Thawed breast milk will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (but don't refreeze it).

they have breastfeeding classes ! i took one and it helped a lot .
