It's mad isn't it? I said to my mum 'I'm so scared' she said, Sara I gave birth twice at home no meds, and on the bed. You just can't think too forward about it, everyday is what it is. You'll prepare yourself mentally for it even if your bricking it! Your body will do what it has to do.' And I find that helps me when I think of that. Just have to stay positive as poss xxx

I could watch one born every minute fine when I was about 16 weeks, but now I'm 30 weeks tomorrow I'm literally bricking it watching it! Thank you though @saraelisa xxx

@lexifindlay, lol yeah tell me about it! I can't bare watching it myself Hun. I know how your feeling. I just think every single person on this planet came into the world through a vagina or c- section. 😥 Totally natural but so weird. What's frightening you Hun? It's like exciting but anxious. Hun I'm going to start Hypnobirthing look into it online should help you prepare mentally and physically. Xxx

@saraelisa, I don't actually know what it is, it's just all hit me at once I think... My auntie did hypnobirthing and said it was amazing... I think there's stuff on YouTube to watch xx

@lexifindlay, I'd deffo look into it (hypno). I might look on YouTube too but I have a CD from Amazon it's £15 the classes are expensive though xxx

don't worry about it too much, I know it's hard not too because I was so scared but when it happened my body instantly knew what to do, it was amazing, I'd do it all again in a heartbeat, just think at the end of all the pain your baby will be in your arms and it will all be forgotten about xx
