When I transferred my daughter from her little rocker to her bed I had to swaddle her (still have to most of the time) and rock her to sleep then lay her in it. That lasted for about 2.5-3 weeks. In the mean time during naps and such I would lay her in it so she would get used to it. No I just put her in there when it's bed time she will talk her self to sleep lol.

my daughter loves her bed but she has been sleeping in it since day 1. she will only sleep in her bed or swing. Hates being held while she is asleep. Maybe try putting her in it at nap time a few times a day and work your way up to her sleeping in it for all her naps/bed time. Sorry I am not much help.
