So I see a lot of shopping posts on here for ladies trying to save money and as an old Target employee (I worked in guest services and was a cashier) I want to let you in on a couple tips! This post is kind of long but you won't regret reading it!

1.) GET THE RED CARD!

No, it is not a scam and you don't have to get the credit card option if you don't want to.

They offer a debit card option that works as a check card! It is a card that syncs with your checking account and no, no one is going to steal your identity etc. You get 5% off of all of your purchases every time you shop, can return items without the receipt by simply swiping your red card and the money is back in your account in a day or two. Also free shipping! You simply take a check with a routing number and your government ID with you to Target and answer a few personal questions (that all stay private to you!) and boom! Savings.(: Or if you prefer you can apply online!

2.) SHOP THE SALES, PEOPLE

So Target has a lot of deals where you can buy X number of an item and get a gift card back for simply buying them! For example, buy 4, 20 count diapers and get a $20 gift card back. It's pretty awesome! They often have these sales on baby items and personal health care products like shampoo, conditioner, etc. so use this AND your red card you save 5% and get a gift card back!

3.) THE BABY REGISTRY!

Register with Target ladies! You get a free baby registry gift bag with your registration. Also it makes it convenient for people to get items from your registry and it takes the item off at the register so you don't get doubles of anything! Also, if you still have items from your registry to purchase after your baby shower you will get those items at 15% off (or 20% if you use your red card😉)

So I hope I don't sound like a sales consultant but I personally never knew shopping at target could save so much money before I worked there and wanted to share these little tips with all of my other mommy, mommy to be, and ttc mommy friends! ♡
