Her levels keep coming back normal because I keep requesting them to check but she's been doing this…

Could be teething or pica

They have said it could be pica but couldn't tell me how long it last she's almost a year and a half and she's been eating paper since 4 months

@mommyagain, If my son get his hands on paper, tissue, envelopes boxes. it goes right in his mouth. It's not uncommon for babies to chew or eat paper if they can get it in their hands.

@surprise4, how long have your baby been at this? It's like she craves it and when you take it away she flips out she will sit there and eat it like a snack

@mommyagain, as long as he has been able to hold stuff, everything still goes in his mouth. He does cry if I take away but is fine with replacement of something more interesting.

my 15 month old eats toilet paper when he can get his hands on it. we had to start storing it in the closet.

I have to hide straws from my son, I keep finding peaces of them in his poop 😁😂 so gross but at least he is passing them. had to throw all straws away in my house but yet he keeps finding them
