yes you can be dilated for weeks but with my first I had no dilation or anything so I made it to 39 weeks and 6 days

at 37 weeks I was 1 cm and 60% thinned. at 40 weeks I was only 2 cm and still only 60%. I got to 41 weeks and 2 days and had to be induced because they're was no change...

I was 2 cm at 37 weeks and here I am! I'm 40 weeks 3 days 4 cm and 80% effaced and they are just making me wait it out

Oh yes @mischell I had consistent contractions yesterday for 7 hours and that's when they measured me at 4 cm and 80% thinned but they sent me home! Haha I hope your baby comes sooner than mine!!!

I feel you! And I'm trying to stay positive @mischell we will have them in our arms before we know it!! Hang in there! As my mom keeps telling me pregnancy always has an end haha
