ladies advice please. Can or Can't I eat cold meat? as in Asia's wafer thin ham? I really want a ham salad but don't want to risk it as I've been told that deli meats should be avoided 😩

Ham is absolutely fine! I think it's just things like Serrano ham etc but to be honest I've eaten Jamon Serrano & chorizo etc. It's just the risk of bracetia in those cured meats.
I want a ham sandwich and everyone is telling me no deli meat...I am 5 wks is it really that bad to have??
when your doctor says stay away from deli meat but all you really want is a ham and turkey sandwich. lol #thestruggleisreal
Can you eat lunch meat while pregnant I want a really tasty meat cheese and miracle whip sandwich 😩 a few told me if I do I'd have to heat the meat up is this true?
Anyone of you now or in your previous pregnancies have a meat aversion? The thought and smell of meat cooking or raw meat makes me want to throw up and if I do eat it, it makes me nauseous.
I really want a ham and cheese sandwich but I don't want to heat the meat up! 👎🏼
