ladies advice please. Can or Can't I eat cold meat? as in Asia's wafer thin ham? I really want a ham salad but don't want to risk it as I've been told that deli meats should be avoided 😩

Ham is absolutely fine! I think it's just things like Serrano ham etc but to be honest I've eaten Jamon Serrano & chorizo etc. It's just the risk of bracetia in those cured meats.
