After begging me and begging me for about a month I finally said yes. He found these two girls (Mocha and Chelsea) on craigslist. A very nice family was selling them for $40. They gave us everything we needed from hay, cage, food bowl, water container, hay container, bedding, food, wooden fence they put up to let them play, a tarp to lay down on the floor while they play, and a book all about them. When we went to pick them up we ended up staying at these peoples house for over an hour getting their schedule down what veggies they feed them, how they wash them, how to clip their nails, ect. The mother asked if we had any snakes because she didn't want them to be eaten. She was very concern about them going to a new home. Her girls just didn't have the time to care for them between their school and sports. My husband is very happy to have them. He wants to train them to use a litter box and teach them colors. I'm glad he's happy. He finally has an animal he can take care of considering we can't get a dog in this apartment at thr moment.
