I went all natural and it was an amazing experience it's insane how fast your body recovers after giving birth. I remember after I gave birth I could get up and walk around. Crazy and how fast your body heals I mean if you think about everything it went through 😍 try to go all natural...it's quite an experience

epidurals are life savers! !!!! makes everything more peaceful and enjoyable

I have a nerve problem in my spin since I was younger only has gotten worse over this couple of months @babes101116 @godsjoi @edomke I can't lay in bed now like normal it hurts like a bitch! that's also why I dont want anything put in my spin that will make it worse

I honestly hated the epidural and will never get it again. I felt so out of control and I couldn't move. It actually made me more anxious and nervous I was even crying because I wanted it out so I could move and get comfortable. Never again I'd rather be in pain then loose control of my body. I felt helpless. I like having control .

Nope. Natural is not for me. Kudos to you who do go natural, but like I said, I had no complications and was up and walk in around an hour after birth and back to my regular day to day as soon as we left the hospital

Yeah @babes101116 I was up and at em almost right after I had my daughter. No complications and went home early. You've gotta do what's best for you though @chibiytino just keep an open mind. I see women be so determined to "go natural" and beat themselves up afterwards if they decide not to.

I had epidural with my first and natural with this one. I like how fast I recovered after the birth, it was worth it but definitely not the easiest thing I've done
