Medela; a lactation nurse recommended that I get that one due to my issues with breastfeeding before.

@saunshyne, I've done a ton of research & I'll be ordering the Spectra. The Medela is more popular, and a great pump but based on what I've read & friends have told me, Spectra is the way to go.
