I feel like that should've been something y'all discussed as a couple, sadly some men lack the understanding of COMMUNICATION , and feel like what you want or think doesn't matter, (not that im saying yours is one of those guys) my husband and I discuss everything, if he were to do something like that, he would be taking the car back lol, that sounds so bitchy doesn't it? I swear I'm not lol, but that's so disrespectful, even if it is just over a car. What you want and what you think matters too.

My ex husband is 30 years old and I was with him for five years and we have two sons, he lacked communication, he was also addicted to trading our vehicles on craigslist for other vehicles every other week, he always wanted something a single guy would drive, something sporty etc...he never could just accept the fact that we had a family and you just have to deal with it, those days are over, but that's one of the many reasons of why he's my ex.

No I agree with you, those were my thoughts and feelings also. We discussed him getting a new car next year, but he pulls into the driveway with one the following week. We're usually good with communication but he told me it wasn't fair that I had a new car and he didn't. But we have established that he will not have that car for long we will have 3 kids by the end of January so a camero is not acceptable. @starliightt

It's not about finances, there is just no room for the kids, had he bought a larger car I would actually be okay with his purchase, I bought a car the whole family could ride in comfortably and he did not @candidbabex

@candidbabex omg, yes he would buy Xboxes tv's etc when we didn't have the money for them because he never kept a job, and then we would be broke and then he would turn around and sell them, smh..and he never paid the lightbill either, Bill got up to over 1,000 and to this day he is still the same, his house smells like dogs (like Fritos) and I am so glad I don't have to deal with that anymore.

I would lose my shiznit if my husband had done that lol. Totally unacceptable in our relationship. We discuss decisions, especially large ones like those.

We just talked about it more and he says even if I had known about the car and said no he still would've got it because it was something for him because he feels he never does anything for himself and he said he can do what he wants smh because I always do what I want, mind you I'm a stay at home mom and I sit with the kids all day idk the last time I've done something personal for me like nails hair or shopping, every decision made is for my family. And he told me if we have my jeep that fits everyone why should it matter that we can't all get into his car. I cried out of anger he sounded so stupid and selfish I really hate him right now. @godsjoi

Oh wow! That sounds so selfish. I'm sorry to hear that he feels that way. He could've done something for himself that wasn't so expensive..like buy a new video game or treat himself to a nice dinner. Well you shared your concerns, I'm sorry that he doesn't seem to respect them ☹️
