Doctor is worried because i have only gained 3 pounds during my entire pregnancy. Now he says i need to gain at least half a pound a week but a full pound is better. its been a week and ive not gained an ounce! Anything i can do to gain the weight? I eat 4 meals a day and snack in between. Anything else i can do?

you may be induced early with my last i had the same problem and was induced at 37 weeks

i hadnt gained any weight by that point either. now i've gained 13 lbs total, so you may just start gaining late
