How long do your 10 month olds nap for? And how many naps do they take per day? Just curious!

my daughters schedule has been all over the place since she was 7 months old. on average she gets 7 to 10 hours of sleep at night and then she will take a nap in the afternoon between 12 and 2 lasting an hour to two then she might take a nap in the evening between like 4 and 6 depending on what time she woke up from her first nap. if she doesn't go down for a nap by 7 she doesn't get one and she has to go to bed early. so on average she gets about 3 hours of napping time all together.

@myangelfaith, my daughter sleeps from 7pm to 8am, waking up maybe once or twice for a bottle. Then she'll take a one 3 hour nap during the day. I have to wake her up from her nap sometimes because I feel like she won't sleep through out the night!

3 hours is fine, don't worry about her sleeping to long it shouldn't effect her bedtime. too much sleep is never a bad thing, they grow in their sleep and if she sleeps longer than usual than her little body is getting some major work done. also take that me time girlfriend. you can't run on fumes.

I'm still breastfeeding and it still makes me extremely exhausted so I normally take a nap with her.

my son is 9 months naps one in the morning and another one in the afternoon

1 or 2 naps and it ranges from 30 mins-3 hrs lol
