I'd say period cramps times 1000 or more. I am not a fan of contractions.

@mrsmord, @babymaciesmomma where do you have them? like all over you stomach or just parts. or do you have them lower? I'm having pains just cant tell what they are

they hurt, your stomach gets so tight it feels like you're being squeezed with a vice grip and it's hard to breathe. Very campy feeling as well.

lower tummy . it can also be back labor everyone is different but for me it was lower tummy and the most intense pain .

@mrsmccormick, do they only feel like that after you have been dialed so much?

To me it feels like period cramps with a tightening feeling down there.
