posting here because I have no where/one else to vent without getting yelled at by family... I've very recently started struggling with post partum depression, every waking moment I've been battling with myself trying helplessly to keep moving forward.. this morning I finally hit rock bottom and had a mental breakdown.. and I honestly just wanted to end it all. I tried reaching out to my family but they just kept calling me psycho.. and other cruel things I don't find appropriate to post so I won't... but I'm sick of doing this on my own.. I can't afford to get help because I lost my insurance and I'm trying to get it back and I don't know how to handle all of this... 😢

Omg! They must not know how serious PPD is! I know it's hard but you have to try and hang in there.you baby needs you and looks up to you in such a way. All kids ask for is love and food lol don't think too much about the negative. I know it's easier said than done but you have to be strong.

I suffered from it for 2 months and I had a lot of help from my husband. It just didn't seem like enough and he helped out A LOT. Hell you would've thought he was the Mom. It took 2 months for me to get through it. I just had to take it day by day and minute by minute. We've done one of the hardest things a person can do and go through. It's hard mentally, physically and definitely emotionally. You can do this though. You have to be stronger than your thoughts. Maybe surround yourself with other Moms so you all can help each other. Be around people who improve you mentally and emotionally. You have to do this for your child.
