OKAY..FTM here and I'm debating on if I just went into labor.. Ive had really bad cramps waking up this morning and I tried to ignore them but they lasted a few hours and didn't seem to stop at all so just one continuous cramp an my belly had been rock hard all this morning too. she's still moving a lot in there. I finally got up because the pain wouldn't let me sleep through it and I went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug it was all bloody and I'm over here thinking oh shit😂😂😂 btw I haven't experienced contractions or brackston Hicks this entire pregnancy so its a new painful feeling😭 does this mean my water will break soon ? I'm 39 weeks

You can go into labor without your water breaking.. I would take a warm bath.. Drink some cold water & lay on your left side.. If it doesnt stop.. Start timing them

if you had your bloody show and its not going away or anything than its probley labor . your almost 40 weeks so its a very good possibility your in labor. dont wait to long.

If you have contractions where you can't talk or anything threw them I would start timing them
